The City of San Jacinto Finance Department guides and implements the fiscal strategy for the City. In addition to developing the annual budget, they also manage the debt service on outstanding bond issues and formulate long-range financial plans.

Bond Information for Special Districts

Occasionally, the City posts bonds to pay for projects within the City. To do this, the City has engaged DAC as its Investment Relations Provider. DAC has made City financial records available online through its web site: www.dacbond.com.

To view these records:

Access the DAC web site: www.dacbond.com
You will have to register by selecting the Register button on the left side of the page. Enter a personal username and password. Your username and password will be activated and you will receive an email confirmation.
Type in your username and password in the fields provided on the Log In page. On the bottom of the "Attention" page, click on "Continue to DAC website"
On the left in the "Quick Search" click "Advanced Search"· Select "Obligor" in the Search Type.
Select "Insert Alphabet letter here" and select San Jacinto from the list.
You will see the City's bond portfolio of issues. Click on the issue to view information options.

Indian Gaming Special Distribution Funds (SB 621 Grant)
